Robert ShossRob Shoss is a lecturer for three courses at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business and a private investor with more than 27 years of extensive institutional, technical, entrepreneurial, and teaching experience. He has extensive investment experience in equity research and portfolio management of mutual funds and institutional accounts.

Before joining the University of Houston in 2014 as a lecturer and adjunct professor, he was a founding partner and senior portfolio manager at Twinhawk Capital, LLC, a global, long-short hedge fund. Prior to that he was a managing director, senior portfolio manager and lead manager at AIM/Invesco from 1995 to 2010, where he managed $3 billion in various large-cap growth portfolios. Shoss started his career in 1995 as an equity analyst in the Large-cap Growth Team at AIM. Shoss has both a JD and MBA from the University of Houston and BA from the University of Texas.
